Yesterday morning I asked Lyric if I could trim her hair before we go to Texas. She insisted she was letting it grow and she didn't want it cut. I attempted to convince her that a cut wasn't the same as a trim and she wouldn't even notice.
She looked at me and said, "Well it is really starting to bother me, so you can just cut it off."
I was shocked! She has been growing it out since we cut it short last April. I didn't think she was serious, so I didn't say anymore about it.
This morning she reminded me she wanted it cut, so we did it. She LOVES it!
And she looks beautiful!
