Family Game Night

Tonight we did one of the things on our Summer Bucket List.  We had a  Family Game night with strawberry shortcake.

 Coda wasn't too impressed!

 Cadence really liked the whipped cream on the strawberry shortcake!

 We played Scatagories, one of the girls favorites.

Biscuit Makers

I saw this recipe for biscuits on Pinterest.  Story, Cadence and I made them today.

 

 We cut them out with a flower cookie cutter.  We baked some and put some in the freezer.  The ones we made today were good.  I hope the frozen ones are good, because I would love to have them for the girls for breakfast.  We quit buying the kind in the can because of all the junk in them.

 Making biscuits is hard work...

Make Something Monday- Flubber

Today we started our new summer schedule- Make Something Monday.  We made Flubber.  It was really easy- water, borax, glue and food coloring.

The girls had a great time playing with it!

Coda didn't play with Flubber, but she sure did look cute hanging out while sisters did!

Bathtime

Coda had a sink bath this afternoon.  She loved it!

Little Sick Girl

Story has been running a fever off and on the last few days.  I don't know why it's always Story that runs a fever with no other symptoms!  The first day she had the fever I kept asking her if she was hurting anywhere-stomach-"no", head "no", throat "no"...  I eventually told her that if she was going to run a fever she needed to be visibly sick, "Go throw up or something!"  She just looked at me like I was crazy:-/

Coda and I took her to the doctor today and he said it sounded like something going around- kind of like the summer flu.  He said if the fever didn't go away in a couple of days to bring her back in.

Sister Love

Coda get lots of love from her sisters.  Sometimes a little too much:-)

 Cadence was talking to Coda and singing to her, then all of a sudden she looked over at me and said, "Mama, I think she is going to hurl.  You think she is going to hurl?" 

 

Luckily, Coda didn't hurl!

Man Hands

This baby has the biggest hands!

Loudest Baby Ever!

Coda is the loudest baby I have ever heard!  She  grunts, groans and moans all the time.  She is even loud when she sleeps.  This video is black because it was dark in the room, but you can hear her.

She may be loud, but she sure is cute!
