Lyric and I decided to do some digging for worms and bugs in the yard today. We walked around the yard turning over big rocks to see what creatures we could find. According to Lyric, under one rock, "We hit the jackpot!" There were about 40 or so rolly pollies. Lyric had an oatmeal canister filling it with the rolly pollies. I asked Cadence if she wanted to hold one. Without missing a beat, Cadence said, "I allergic to rolly pollies." I guess that is code for, "No way am I holding one of those bugs!"

Happy Birthday Dr Seuss
We had green eggs and ham to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday today. It may have been a pretty strange looking breakfast, but it was yummy!
