I have seen quite a few Summer Bucket Lists around the internet, so I thought it would be fun if we made our own. We haven't ever done one before, so it will be interesting to see if we get it all done:-)
Summer Bucket List (it's funny because some of the thing on our list we would do anyway, but I guess we added them to make them more official)
- Letter boxing
- Summer Reading Program at the library
- Fly a kite
- Make a kite
- Start music lessons with daddy
- Everyone pick something they want to learn (spanish, knitting, blogging, sewing, story writing...)
- Go on a night walk
- Tie Dye Shirts
- Eat dinner outside one night
- Go on a picnic
- Put on a puppet show
Make a mud pie kitchen- Have a tea party
- Have a family game night
- Go look at stars
- Go see fire works
- Watch bats fly in the night
- Go to the park as a family
- Go to the zoo
- Go hiking-somewhere with a creek to wade
- Play soccer at the park
- Go to the children's museum
Put up bird feeders- Get involved in the community garden
- Go to a civil war reenactment
- Walk to Izzie's Ice
- Walk to Pied Piper
- Go Swimming at pubic pool
- Go to the dollar theater
- Go to a you pick farm
- Go on a carriage ride downtown
- Go to Cheeckwood
- Go to the mall and ride the carousel
